    Night 3x12-Hour (5:45 PM – 6:15 AM)

    Job Responsibilities:
    Perform CT imaging procedures for patients across multiple age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics

    Operate CT scanners including Client and Toshiba systems to produce high-quality diagnostic images

    Perform chest CT scans including pulmonary embolism studies, CTA, aorta imaging, and chest with or without contrast

    Conduct cardiac CT procedures such as coronary CT angiography and calcium scoring (preferred)

    Perform abdominal and pelvic CT imaging with and without contrast

    Conduct head and neck CT scans including brain imaging with or without contrast

    Perform spine and musculoskeletal CT imaging including cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and trauma cases

    Assist with advanced CT procedures including vascular CTA, brain perfusion, biopsies, aspirations, and drainage procedures (preferred)

    Prepare and administer contrast media following safety protocols and physician orders

    Ensure radiation safety practices and maintain proper protection for patients and staff

    Utilize PACS and imaging systems for image storage, retrieval, and documentation (preferred)

    Support emergency department imaging needs in a high-volume acute care environment

    Work in a high-volume stroke receiving center performing urgent CT imaging

    Follow infection control protocols including isolation precautions and proper PPE usage

    Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient care

    Assist with patient transport when necessary and support department workflow

    Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records within the facility's electronic charting system

    Ensure proper equipment operation, maintenance checks, and quality imaging standards

    Work independently during night shifts while maintaining patient safety and imaging quality


    Required Skills & Experience:
    Minimum

    1–2 years of CT Technologist experience

    in a hospital or imaging center

    Experience working in a

    community hospital or acute care environment

    Experience performing

    CT scans across multiple body systems

    Strong knowledge of

    contrast administration and CT imaging protocols

    Experience working in

    emergency department imaging settings

    Ability to manage

    high patient volumes in a fast-paced imaging department

    Experience with

    Client and Toshiba CT scanners

    preferred

    Familiarity with

    PACS imaging systems

    preferred

    Knowledge of

    radiation safety standards and imaging quality assurance

    Experience with

    advanced CT procedures such as coronary CTA and vascular imaging

    preferred

    Ability to work independently during night shifts


    Required Certifications & Licensure:
    BLS (Basic Life Support)

    ARRT (R) – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists

    ARRT (CT) – Advanced CT Certification

    (or ARRT R accepted)

    California CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) License
