Under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides physical assessments of residents, implements patient treatment plans, evaluates response to treatment, provides complete documentation, administers medications as prescribed and provides health care education for patients and families.
Supervises the daily duties of the Mental Health Techs and ensures patient safety.Performs duties in accordance with the OK Board of Nursing, ANA Standards of Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health Care, and facility mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards.
