- Identify potential customers through networking and following leads
- Arrange meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products
- Present company products by highlighting product benefits and key features
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with both new and existing customers
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and vendors
- Promptly submitting purchase orders for processing
- Create estimates and invoices in company accounting system
- Utilize internal company project management system
- Follow up with customers to inquire into whether purchased products meet their expectations and understand their future needs
- Fill out necessary paperwork and obtaining customers' signatures to complete each sale
- Effectively address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely fashion
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years in the architectural wood products industry; specifically hardwood and engineered flooring
- Certified sales professional (CSP) certification is advantageous
- Proven sales experience
- The ability to travel to customers
- Must be very self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Valid driver's license

Job DescriptionPosition: Independent Sales Representative
Eutree Inc. is seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to join our growing team at our woodshop facility located in Villa Rica, GA.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Independent Sales Representative to drive company sales across four of our major product lines including flooring, paneling, beams, and millwork. The Independent Sales Representative's responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying networking opportunities, answering customers' questions, and finding new customers through cold-calling, emailing, attending industry events, bid tools, and social media advertising. You should also be able to implement effective sales strategies to continually meet or exceed sales quotas and lead generation.
To be successful as an independent sales representative, our ideal candidate should be committed to achieving sales goals with minimal supervision. Ultimately, a top-performing Independent Sales Representative should demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills, and achieve excellent customer service at all times.
