- Oversee and manage all on-site aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging collaboration and productivity.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet or exceed project goals.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety standards and regulations, promoting a culture of safety on all job sites.
- Perform regular site inspections and address any issues or challenges promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to deliver successful projects and support company goals.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven track record of leading successful projects in healthcare, K-12 education, and/or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in construction software and technology tools.
- Valid driver's license
