They're looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent to lead and manage commercial construction projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage all on-site aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
    • Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging collaboration and productivity.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet or exceed project goals.
    • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
    • Monitor and enforce adherence to safety standards and regulations, promoting a culture of safety on all job sites.
    • Perform regular site inspections and address any issues or challenges promptly.
    • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.
    • Collaborate with other departments and team members to deliver successful projects and support company goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
    • Proven track record of leading successful projects in healthcare, K-12 education, and/or industrial sectors.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in construction software and technology tools.
    • Valid driver's license
