    The E-Commerce Manager holds a key position in driving Artvisual's online sales and digital marketing initiatives.

    This role entails directing the development and supervision of our digital platforms, encompassing our e-commerce website and online marketing channels.

    The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enrich the digital customer experience, stimulate online sales expansion, and cultivate brand loyalty among both new and existing customers.

    This is a full-time, on-site position located at 1100 Industrial Road, San Carlos, California, Monday through Friday.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Oversee all aspects of website management, including content updates, pricing adjustments, and inventory maintenance.
    Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and timely updates.

    Lead on-site promotions, from asset creation to coupon code management (both dynamic and static).Develop eCommerce best practices to enhance the end consumer experience, driving conversions and increasing average order value.

    Responsible for achieving annual sales targets.
    Manage the consumer experience throughout the purchase funnel, focusing on awareness, trial, and repeat engagement. Continuously optimize the experience to improve satisfaction, conversion rates, and sales. Translate online data into actionable consumer insights.
    Develop an AB testing roadmap to streamline the customer lifecycle funnel.
    Handle web analytics for eCommerce and communicate pertinent information to team members, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners.

    Research industry trends and lead eCommerce teams in evaluating new software products, optimizing existing systems, testing strategies, and capitalizing on opportunities.

    Collaborate with marketing to strategize social and email marketing campaigns. Proactively identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for user acquisition growth.
    Monitor competitive websites and track industry developments.


    Experience & Skills:
    Proficiency in Ecommerce backend systems, with experience in Shopify preferred.
    Experience in executing digital marketing campaigns.
    Advanced understanding of Facebook, Google, Affiliate, and Influencer marketing.
    Familiarity with E-Commerce technology, mobile media, search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
    Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
    Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
    Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Jobble
