    HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
    The Sales Executive Role is responsible for driving company growth by finding new customers to offer Accruit Holding's Core Business and Software services, Managed Service and SaaS. Duties include converting inbound leads, prospecting new potential clients, concerted outbound call and email efforts, and setting presentations and closing conversations for Account Executives (AE's).

    • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
    • Self-generate a significant portion of leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, email or other means and leading initial interactions
    • Conduct technical and engaging conversations over the phone, text, and email
    • Develop and maintain expertise in the company's service offering
    • Schedule discovery conversations and presentations between prospects and AE's
    • Achieve a monthly quota for outbound activities (calls, emails, talk time) and transfers to AE's
    • Maintain all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information
    • Effectively partner with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel
    • Host weekly seminars and webinars on various topics related to 1031 exchanges (after absorbing necessary knowledge)
    • Attend all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management
    • Additional tasks or responsibilities as needed by the company


    IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • 1+ years of inside sales experience
    • Excellent phone, writing and listening skills
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
    • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in residential/commercial real estate transactions preferred
    • Experience presenting to groups of 20-50 people


    The Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers in the state of Colorado to disclose the following information. If the position applied to is not located in Colorado, the following information may not apply. Salary Minimum: $60,000 Salary Maximum: $60,000. Variable pay for this role in the form of uncapped commission, average annual earnings are approx. $100,000. The base salary range above represents the salary range for this position. The range listed is just one component of Accruit's total compensation package for employees. In addition, Accruit provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health/dental/vision insurance coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
