- Supervise preparation and sale of food items during assigned shift.
- Verify quality of food and supply items and maintain inventory records.
- Greets customers, offers suggestions, resolves complaints, and informs management of barriers.
- Prepare, maintain, and process accounting and operational reports.
- Participate in service and sale goals, supervise stock counts, control personnel cost and productivity.
- Open and close facility, secure cash and assets, comply with safety regulations, and initiate repair work orders.
- Supervise associates, establish schedules, counsel, review performance, approve leave, train, recommend actions, and enforce Exchange standards.
- Complete ServSafe (5640) and applicable fast‑food certifications within 90 days of hire.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Six months of restaurant or related food service operations experience, or successful completion of NBFF training or the Exchange Restaurant Operations Management Academy (ROMA).
- Must be available to work a rotating shift Monday‑Friday, holidays and weekends.
- Must complete ServSafe (5640) and applicable fast‑food certification(s) within 90 days of hire.
