Join our elite team of Operations Associates, where you play a pivotal role in assisting in operations to ensure our mover athletes deliver unparalleled moving services.

    As a Customer Service Representative, you'll lead our customer interactions, guaranteeing their satisfaction and driving our ongoing success. Your role involves offering robust support to our sales team and assisting our office staff with proficiency and care.

    Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday through Friday through Saturday. Shifts may vary based on seasonality and business needs.

    Pay Rate: $19-$21 per hour DOE

    Customer Service Representative Primary Responsibilities:

    • Ensure prompt resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor sales support channels, promptly responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
    • Create daily sales reports and other relevant reports to track progress and provide valuable insights to management for informed decision-making.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, as well as email correspondence, maintaining professionalism and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Follow up with customers regarding ongoing moves, gather feedback, and address any concerns or inquiries they may have.
    • Handle receptionist duties, ensuring a welcoming experience for all callers and visitors.
    • Ensure incoming calls are promptly and courteously answered, with a focus on resolving any issues and delivering exceptional service.
    • Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively.
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
    • Undertake various administrative tasks as required.

    Customer Service Representative Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
    • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges seamlessly.
    • Energetic and vibrant attitude, demonstrating a proactive approach and a commitment to task completion.
