FULL DESCRIPTION:
Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for innovation to join our fast growing team.
You will be responsible for supporting, designing, and developing a broad array of electronic components and circuits used in the development of our modular UAV systems.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Design and prototype cable assembly and wire harness systems, ideally from prototype stage through mass productionPCB/A design including collecting requirements, schematic design, component selection, supervision or completion of layout, bring-up, test, debug and integration with the systemDesign, support, shape electrical systems and subsystems of new products and componentsOwn day to day relationships with EE related suppliersDocument new test procedures and report test plan resultsRead and interpret designs/schematics and troubleshoot circuit problemsWork in a fast paced environment on a dynamic teamThe selected candidate will also possess:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field, Masters Preferred, or equivalent experience4+ years of experience in electrical engineering or related fieldExperience with schematic capture of electrical circuit designs (Altium preferred)
Experience with RF systems and Analog designsExperience with high voltage DC power systemsExperience with power architecture and high-speed digital designAbility to read and interpret designs/schematicsHands on experience working with battery powered productsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience working with suppliersExcellent communication and documentation skillsExperience with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc)Background in Aerospace is a plus'US Person' status required (US Citizen, US permanent resident)Salary Range:
