    Job Title: Accounting Team Project Coordinator - Remote

    The RMG Group, a rapidly growing accounting and business operations services firm, seeks an energetic and highly motivated Team Operations Coordinator. This cross-functional position requires strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills.

    About the Role:

    • Compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients as part of the Accounting team.
    • Report directly to the Director of EE Development and the President.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Assist the Managing Director in day-to-day project operations, maintaining full responsibility for planning, organizing, and executing administrative tasks.
    2. Maintain accurate records, meet with key stakeholders, and keep them informed on project progress.
    3. Analyze critical steps, help improve process routines, and provide strategic recommendations for future implementation.
    4. Develop and update processes documentation, ensuring user involvement throughout.
    5. Recognize and escalate problems to avoid recurrences.

    Accounting Responsibilities:

    1. Gain knowledge in accounting and develop essential industry skills by assisting the Accounting Manager with various tasks.
    2. Work closely with accounting teams to deliver client work accurately and successfully.
    3. Utilize accounting software and third-party applications, including QBD, QBO, Bill.com, etc.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Ability to work remotely in a fully remote position.
    • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong ability to learn and streamline processes.
    • Growth mindset, self-motivation, and independence.
    • Incredible attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
    • Project management skills and interest in learning essential accounting practices.
    • Able to find clarity in ambiguous situations.

    Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
