Our BUSY fast paced location is looking to add to our team

UHG is locally & family-owned, operating 8 restaurants in the Greater Grand Rapids area. We are founded on Italian family values and strive to save a place for everyone at our table. Faro Uccello, Founder of UHG, opened the first Uccello's Ristorante in 1996. Since then, Uccello's has grown into 6 successful locations and has become a staple in the West Michigan community. We didn't want to stop there... In 2016, we launched our fast-casual concept, Herb & Fire Pizzeria, and have since opened a second location.

Job Duties:

Line Cooks are responsible for prepping food and plating dishes according to the Uccello's standards.

The successful applicant will have:

Experience working in a high volume kitchen

Availability on weekends (mandatory)

Flexible scheduling

Experience Preferred, but not Required. We are happy to train the right

person

Be able to excel in a guest and team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay, based on experience level

Paid weekly

1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment
