    Location: Tehachapi, CA (Other Locations Available)

    Qualification Requirements:

    • Minimum of 12 continuous months of relevant experience within the last 3 years
    • Required licenses, permits, and/or certifications
    • Proficiency in English language for effective communication with the Department of Corrections

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Conducting initial mental health evaluations and crisis interventions
    • Providing individual and group therapy sessions
    • Developing and implementing treatment plans
    • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and corrections institutional healthcare personnel
    • Ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to standards
    • Participating in IDTT meetings and new program implementations
