Additional Details:
This is an Hybrid position.
Resource should be in office 2 days per week.
Dallas is the preferred location. (Sunnyvale is acceptable) (Remote and Bentonville are NOT acceptable)

Description

Job Duties :
Develops innovation strategies, processes, and best practices.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects.
Supports and ensures business objectives being met.
Leads the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design.
Leads the work of other small group of 3 to 4 engineers for assigned Engineering projects
Leads and participates in end to end service implementations, data feeds ingestion, and orchestration.
Designs and implements low latency services.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Troubleshoots business and production issues.

Skills Needed/Required:
Java Springboot, Data structures, Azure cloud, SQL/Cosmos
Strong inclination towards exploring and learning new technologies
Minimum 4+ Yrs of experience in the relevant area
Experience in large scale distributed systems and event-driven architectures
Experience and fluency with relational / non-relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, Cassandra, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of performance, scalability, and system architecture with an eye toward avoiding and reducing technical debt.
