    Job Details:
    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic and fast-paced legal team.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing discovery documents and will be responsible for supporting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation including case strategy, document drafting, case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
    • Manage and organize large volumes of complex discovery documents, both electronically and manually, and ensure their availability and readiness for use in depositions and trials.
    • Review, analyze and summarize discovery documents and deposition transcripts.
    • Conduct thorough legal research and factual investigations to assist in the preparation of pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
    • Coordinate and manage deadlines, organize case files, and manage case calendars.
    • Prepare and maintain document databases and spreadsheets, tracking documents, exhibits, and evidence.
    • Assist in deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, trial preparation, including assistance with the preparation of witnesses for deposition and trial.
    • Liaise with clients, witnesses, experts, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other service providers to coordinate fact-finding, discovery, and trial activities.
    • Assist in the preparation for and attendance at trials, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and other court appearances.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
    • Demonstrated experience with managing and organizing large volumes of discovery documents.
    • Proficiency in using legal document management software and other relevant computer software, including MS Office Suite.
    • Exceptional research skills and proficiency in using legal research software.
    • Strong knowledge of litigation process, legal terminology, court rules and procedures.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently, yet function collaboratively as part of a team.
    • A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent is preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in law or related field is preferred.
