    Registered Nurse – ICU
    Unit Name: SICU / MICU

    Requirements:
    Valid TN RN License or Compact RN License in good standing
    Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
    Certifications Required: NIH, BLS, ACLS

    Procedures Performed on Unit:
    EVD placement
    Central line
    Arterial line
    Additional ICU-level procedures as applicable

    Unit Specifics
    Number of Beds: 24
    Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3
    Unit Staffing: Typically staffed at 1:2 or 1:3 ratio
    Equipment: SLEDD, EVD, ICU modalities
    Documentation System: Meditech
    Scheduling Requirements: Self-scheduling preferred

    Floating Policy: Rotational floating consistent with all unit staff

    Dress Code:
    Black scrubs

    Express Healthcare Staffing of Nashville Job ID #HT36. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
