    3rd Shift position (8:00 PM to 4:00 am)

    Long Term W2 Contract to Hire (12+ months) with benefits

    Rate: $22-24/hr. W2 with benefits

    Notes:

    • Position is Night Shift, available to work 8 PM to 4 AM, Monday through Friday
    • Primary shift will be provided during training.
    • Also, candidate will need to work holidays that fall Monday-Friday and rotational weekend on call coverage are also required.
    • Candidate should be prepared to be in office while in training and one to two days per week post training.
    • Once fully trained, they will be in the weekend on call rotation.
    • Start date is as soon as possible.

    Technical Helpdesk Specialist - Tier 1

    Required:

    • 1-4 years of technology/desktop support experience
    • Extensive knowledge of Windows desktop environment and MACs
    • Knowledge of Windows Server environment administration (AD, Exchange)
    • Proven understanding of a wide range of end user computing technical requirements, hardware knowledge and troubleshooting, as well as proven ability in handling project related tasks
    • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team environment
    • Ability to work well independently and be proactive with task and time management
    • Ability to diagnose software and hardware problems
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Effectively manage relationships with all levels of internal stakeholders

    Experience

    • A+, Network & Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician preferred
    • Proficient with Windows desktop environment (Win 10 & Microsoft Office) and MACs

    Proficient with:

    • Basic TCP/IP networking
    • VoIP Telephony
    • Windows Terminal Server end user support
    • Mobile device support - Blackberry & iPhone
    • Printer technologies
    • Video conference & meeting room technology
    • Dell workstation hardware
    • Excellent communication & organizational skills
    • Strong telephone and customer service skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Availability to work overtime, as required
