What we ask of you:
Accurately process and verify prescriptions in accordance with state and federal laws, ethical standards, and company policies
Provide compassionate, knowledgeable counseling to patients about prescription and over-the-counter medications
Serve as a trusted connection between patients, healthcare providers, and your local community
Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient and company information
Support and contribute to pharmacy growth initiatives and community outreach efforts
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Administer immunizations and provide other health services as permitted by state law
Coach, mentor, and support pharmacy technicians and team members in delivering excellent service
Collaborate with store and pharmacy leadership to achieve operational goals
What you bring to the table:
Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
Active pharmacist license and immunization certification in good standing with the state board
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Comprehensive understanding of federal and state pharmacy regulations
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and community care
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
