    Job Summary

    The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for supporting the sales and solutions process by coordinating the end-to-end deal related activities for a prospective or existing client. By bringing product, domain and solution area expertise, the Solution Consultant will coordinate with minimal oversight for the Solution Architect and Sales Executive across domains and stakeholders to develop appropriate and value added client solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Solution Architect and Sales Executive to manage the pursuit throughout the sales process, following our required protocols to deliver a fully-vetted and approved binding price and solution.This will include requirement gathering/project scoping, attending client meetings to provide product and domain knowledge/expertise, completing due diligence and proposal presentations.
    • Supports Solution Architect and Sales Executives in the coordination of proposals and RFP responses.
    • Manage small or low complexity solutions including timeline, estimates and scope assumptions.
    • Manage internal communications, notifications, and reporting on deal activity/status as necessary across Solutions, Delivery, Sales and Finance.
    • Coordinate and support discussions with the business leaders, SMEs, sales, and prospective clients to ensure a consistent, accurate, and appropriate solution is achieved.
    • Participate in new solution/offer discussions.
    • Articulate the client/project needs to ensure an accurate estimate and assumptions for low complexity, single domain solutions.
    • Document concisely and clearly throughout, ensuring maximum transparency and knowledge transfer across Delivery.

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience

    • 3+ years of experience supporting and performing H&W benefits plan administration.
    • H&W benefits domain experience (e.g., knowledge of best practices, compliance, Alight capabilities, ongoing delivery processes, requirements).
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to thrive and excel in a lean, fast-paced, dynamic environment with high-performance expectations
    • Able to multi-task, work under pressure with little direction, and meet deadlines
    • Focused on attention to detail and accuracy and have strong analytic/diagnostic skills
    • Flexible within the role and displays a willingness to get involved in appropriate tasks as requested from time to time
    • Able to demonstrate customer management/service skills
    • Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups

    Salary Pay Range

    Minimum :

    65,600 USD

    Maximum :

    104,100 USD
