Prepare correspondence, files and documents using word processor or other data management software
May perform fund accounting, bookkeeping and payroll tasks
Serve as point of contact for an office, providing information and guidance
Maintain files, inventories and other records both manually and automated
Foster a positive relationship with parents, volunteers and other visitors
Perform other related duties as assigned
