    EAU THERMALE Avène,Glytone, Klorane, Rene Furterer, HemangiolYour missionPierre Fabre USA is a seeking an experienced Supply Planner. The goal is to be the link between the corporate, based in France, and US supply chains.

    By collecting and analyzing demand forecasts, converting it in a local supply plan, and sharing with the Global Supply Chain.

    This role will act cross-functionally and be responsible for the supply plans execution and managing through KPIs following with a strong team spirit and close collaboration with other departments.

    This position will also oversee and mentor a Junior Supply Planner.


    Essential Functions:
    Monitor the Central preparation planAnticipate or flag potential issues in the short and medium term and put in place corrective actions (with Central and/or Local)


    Proactively communicate to Logistics, Marketing, and CS to stock shortages and evaluate impact to each channelConduct root cause analysis of shortages/overages and recommendation appropriate action plansMonitor US programs and launchesEnsure accuracy of the supply On-Time/In-FullCollect and analyze the demand forecasts to ensure a constant level of stock at 3 MOSImpact of new production plan vs forecast / optimizing stock level (to avoid overstock - obsolete risk - expiration date)Monitor code change/switchesTrack display creation from stock arrival to shipment to clientIs part of the S&OP process and will prepare key data for the meetingLiaison with the Distribution Center in France to follow-up on the good inbound order processRun weekly meetingExpedite/prioritize shipments when needed (anticipate preparation)Ensure correction of possible issuesPrepare and publish KPIs & operational reports to monitor supply chain performanceProjected Inventory (in units, value, and cover)Risk OOS beyond 3 months, Lost sales, 12-month rolling supply plan (TIFI, DIO, OTIF, ...)


    Transit Performance of the supply from order creation to reception (Transit file):

    in time and in costReserves reports (slow moving, E&O)

    Run supply meeting and input for S&OP / implement improvements to supply planning practicesOversee and mentor a Junior Supply Planner whose responsibilities will include:
    Kitting forecast and productionInbound Transportation (receipts and Customs)

    Dynamics order errorsOther responsibilities as needed by the business, but in line with typical Supply Planning dutiesCompetencies:

    MUST have a proactive approach and be self-sufficientAbility to think strategically and leadAbility to function in a small "team environment" performing primary and back-up functions as required for the efficient operation of Supply Chain.

    High reactivity, responsiveness, excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize, multi tasksKPI driven mindedExcellent knowledge of relational methods and techniquesStrong work ethic and ability to work in a cross-functional mannerRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in related field - Master's degree is a plusPrevious experience in Logistics and/or Customer Service is requiredExperience in Demand Planning and / or CPFR a plusStrong oral and written communication skills- Bilingual in French is a plus, but not requiredNature ability to be inquisitive and analyticalProficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is requiredExtremely detail oriented and organizedPrevious experience with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)

    Work Environment / physical demands / position type and expected hours of work:
    This job operates in a clerical, office setting.
    The normal working hours of the office are from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
    This position is currently working hybrid due to Covid.
