- 4+ years of experience with CM and data management (DM) supporting DevOps teams and the software development life cycle, including planning, project configuration identification, change control, change and configuration control boards, change request management, status accounting, and configuration audits and reporting
- 4+ years of experience with performing as a configuration manager for technologies, including Java Applications, AWS Cloud, and Azure Cloud in a DevOps environment
- Experience with developing and documenting CM and DM procedures and ensuring compliance for VA CM policies, procedures, review cycles, instructions, and standards
- Knowledge of hardware CM and project management methodologies
- Ability to identify and present CM and DM process issues and solutions to team members at all levels
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
- 4+ years of experience with continuous integration tools, including Jenkins
- 4+ years of experience with GIT and JIRA
- Experience in the Federal Government, Veterans Affairs, or Healthcare IT sectors
- Experience with working as a configuration manager on VA's VistA and CPRS applications
