Location: Cary, North Carolina

Are you open to a per diem position, outside of the typical Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm hours? Maybe you would like to make some supplemental income or are looking for an opportunity to work from home? CoWorx has Remote Call Representative openings with a dynamic financial services client starting at $17 per hour.

Typical scheduled hours will be, Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 10pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm, based on the project load.

There are no sales or quotas that need to be met, just great attention to detail, professional communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to daytoday service activities generated by shareholders, or other participants with relation to accounts in a wide arrangement of companies and businesses
• Provide customers with a positive impression and organization through courteous, prompt, and responsive resolution of customer inquiries or voting instructions.
• Provide up to date and accurate information by utilizing knowledge of internal systems to source, interpret and communicate information to customers.
• Escalate more complicated issues to appropriate Team Leader
• Identify stakeholder, claimant trends or common issues and communicate to Team Leader as appropriate.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Ability to speak clearly and hear on a telephone system is a requirement and essential function.
• Experience in financial services software and MS Office preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in an outbound calling position a huge plus

Other Information:

This is a fully remote position but does require the ability report to the company office in Cary, NC for new start training and refresher trainings, a couple times a year.

Equipment will be provided by the company, but you must have reliable internet at home.
