    Job Summary:

    Our company is searching for experienced Clinical Esthetician candidates to join our team. We are looking for a Clinical Esthetician to perform skin and body treatments. Our Clinical Esthetician will consult with clients to assess their skincare goals, make informed treatment and product recommendations and ensure client care and satisfaction. We are looking for polished applicants that have a professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and have a passion for delivering the best results for clients. Our medical spa is seeking an Esthetician to perform various services such as HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, IPL, Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling RF and more

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Execute complete client experience including skin analysis followed by both skincare or body treatment suggestions as well as product recommendations. Obtain information about contraindications and examining skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments
    • Provide excellent customer services to all clients. Create an excellent member/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude. Engage and converse with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests.
    • Maintain industry knowledge to curate, promote, and sell services and retail products.
    • Adhere to esthetics policies pertaining to chemical usage, and cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment.
    • Meet revenue goals, ensure client retention, and build a solid client base.
    • Completes wellness chart documentation accurately and completely.
    • Communicates various spa promotions, membership, and loyalty program to clients.
    • Conduct treatment room inspections and general patient areas to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization.
    • Work with the Clinic Manager to ensure items related to esthetic services are completed and all back bar inventory is maintained.

    Requirements

    • State licensure to practice as an esthetician
    • 3+ years of industry experience
    • Proficient in performing all applicable treatments
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner
    • Ability to maintain client confidentiality
    • Deep knowledge of skin care techniques, products and devices

    FLSA Status: Non-exempt

    Physical Requirements

    • Prolonged periods of standing when administering treatment
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 50 pounds.
    • Able to travel as needed
