    We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Buyers Specialist to join our team.

    The primary focus of this role is to assist buyers throughout the home purchasing process, providing expert guidance and support from property search to closing.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.


    Responsibilities:

    • Sell 3-6 homes per month
    • Help educate and guide clients continually through the buying process
    • Create and present documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, and disclosures
    • Participate in regular training sessions hosted weekly to enhance your sales, closing, and professional skills
    • Meet directly and virtually with potential homeowners to find their property desires and navigate the Home Buying process
    • Advocate for the client's best interests
    • Be self-motivated and accountable for goals
    • Connect with buyers and sellers that we provide for you through strategic marketing and advertising
    • Be willing to educate and problem-solve to meet clients' needs
    • Be committed to joining the team in our community give-back initiatives
    • Be dedicated to building and improving your skills to provide excellent client experiences

    • Actively prospect and generate leads of potential buyers through various channels, such as referrals, online platforms, and networking
    • Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and understand their preferences, needs, and financial capabilities to effectively assist them in finding suitable properties
    • Conduct detailed consultations with clients to identify their desired criteria, including location, property features, and budget
    • Research and analyze available properties to present clients with options that match their requirements
    • Arrange and accompany clients on property showings, providing insights, answering questions, and highlighting key features
    • Guide buyers in making competitive offers and negotiating contracts on their behalf, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
    • Coordinate and collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as sellers' agents, inspectors, lenders, and attorneys, to facilitate a smooth and timely closing process
    • Stay updated on market trends, financing options, and real estate laws to provide clients with accurate and valuable information
    • Maintain a comprehensive database of clients, leads, and activities using CRM software and diligently follow up to nurture relationships
    • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success and growth of the real estate team Qualifications:
    • Active real estate license in the applicable region
    • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a focus on buyer representation
    • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including neighborhoods, property values, and market trends
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
