    JOB SUMMARY
    We are looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of Marketing Techniques to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will focus on fostering relationships with customers and managing our Customer Loyalty Index dashboard to evaluate our business performance.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Oversee the data collection, tracking, and reporting of the Customer Loyalty Index by implementing customer feedback methods related to products, services, and innovation.
    • Manage outbound calling initiatives like Welcome Calls and Customer Regimen programs to enhance customer engagement.
    • Analyze call metrics and develop strategies aligned with Executive Team goals.
    • Conduct Welcome Calls to connect with new customers and follow up with existing ones to understand their experience.
    • Utilize interpersonal skills to build strong connections, address customer needs, and identify trends for data analysis.
    • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Director on branding strategies.
    • Coordinate marketing materials for various channels including print, distribution, broadcast, and social media.
    • Support special events and advertising campaigns coordination.
    • Administer Sales and Marketing software applications.

    PROFILE LEVEL DESCRIPTION
    • Works independently with minimal supervision, guiding colleagues with less experience.
    • Recognizes patterns from fragmented data and demonstrates a thirst for knowledge.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Strong focus on sales and customer service.
    • Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills.

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
    • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communication, or related field desired. Relevant experience can substitute for formal education.
    • Minimum of 2 years in Marketing, Communication, or Sales roles with increasing responsibilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
