    The ideal candidate possesses both a high level of technical expertise and an innate passion to build.

    You will play a critical role in creating and refining processes in order to improve manufacturing safety, quality, and productivity.

    Plans, directs and coordinates manufacturing processes in production.
    Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods.

    Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

    Work with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchases of equipment, materials and/or parts and evaluate products according to specifications and quality standards.

    Implement lean manufacturing techniques to eliminate waste, be proactive in problem solving.
    Responsible for maintenance and service of all manufacturing equipment, keep maintenance records of equipment up to date.

    Work well in teams to resolve quality issues, make continuous improvement, update procedures and work instructions in coordination with Quality dept.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in either Manufacturing, Industrial, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
    At least - 2 years' of engineering experience
    Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S
    PCB, SMT, MRT knowledge/experience a MUST.
    MS Office, QAD, Visio, (AutoCAD a plus).
