    Insight Global's client is looking for a Director of HR to join their team in Temple, GA.

    The HR Director will be responsible for the overall direction and execution of the Enterprise Human Resource and Business Partner function.

    He/she will act in an advisory capacity to the leadership team along wit the Global HR groups within the Enterprise functions.

    This is a public company, so this candidate will need to have experience with the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission. This is a leadership position so someone with exceptional written and verbal skills is a must

    -7 to 10 years of previous work-related experience

    • Plan, direct, and supervise all activities relating to the administration and maintenance of benefits and compensation programs.
    Develop, implement, and control program in a manner that ensures legal compliance, cost-effectiveness, market competitiveness, and internal equity among employees.

    • Manage the human resource information systems database and necessary reports for critical analyses of the HR function and the people resources of the corporation.
    • Continue improving the human resources policies, practices and processes associated with meeting the strategic and operational people issues of the company.
    • Lead the investigation and resolution of employee relations problems, anticipate problems whenever possible, and develop, recommend, and initiate appropriate steps for resolution.
