Due to company growth, we are seeking a IT Solutions Architect with expertise in Microsoft Azure to join our team.

The IT Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of customized IT Solutions for our clients.

The IT Solutions Architect will work with cross functional teams such as Sales, Engineering and Operations to deliver and implement these technical solutions.

IT Solutions Architect (Azure) – MSP Responsibilities :

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that leverage Microsoft Azure and other cutting-edge technologies.

Conduct analysis of client infrastructure, applications, and business processes to architect effective and scalable solutions.
Design system architectures, create solution blueprints, and produce detailed technical documentation.
Provide recommendations on Microsoft Azure platform services, solutions, and best practices.
Lead solution presentations and engage in technical discussions with clients
Work closely with the engineering team to oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
Provide ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and offer continuous improvement recommendations.
IT Solutions Architect (Azure) – MSP Requirements
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within an MSP or IT consulting environment.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
In-depth expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Azure services and solutions.
Familiarity with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud, is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, application architectures, and integration methodologies.
Strong communication and consultative skills in order to explain technology solutions to technical and non technical people
Relevant certifications such as

Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert,


MCSE:
Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, or similar, are highly advantageous.
