Wayfair Professional, the B2B division of Wayfair, is seeking a collaborative, innovative, and adaptable candidate to join our B2B Brand Marketing, Content & Promotions team. This team is responsible for increasing awareness and establishing deeper connections with our Professional customers through omni-channel campaigns and key storytelling moments. As an Integrated Marketing Senior Associate, you will be tasked with bringing to life omni-channel strategies for brand campaigns, seasonal go-to-market plans, and content, across marketing channels. What You'll Do:

• Support end-to-end development of omni-channel campaigns that align with our brand vision and business objectives.
• Develop creative briefs to inform the Creative team of campaign requests, consolidate feedback from multiple stakeholders to share back with Creative.
• Collaborate and coordinate with channel owners to distribute campaigns across site, marketing, and sales placements, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Create and maintain a robust content library focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and reach as well as to support Sales activities.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the Interior Design industry, incorporating these insights into our omni-channel campaigns.
• Leverage data to report on campaign performance, inform future campaigns, and optimize evergreen content libraries.
• Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements for the team.

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of professional experience in brand / marketing / project management / business environment or related field
• Knowledge of, and an enthusiastic interest in, the Interior Design and/or Home industries
• Excellent communication, both written and verbally
• Collaborative mindset that thrives as part of a team
• Experience managing and coordinating projects start to finish
• Data and process-oriented, demonstrated ability to continuously learn new tools
• High attention to detail and proven ability to consider multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to navigate an environment of continuous improvement working through ambiguity in an evolving organization
• Drive to win and steer collaboration cross-functionally
• Investment in the customer experience
• Willingness to travel

An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:

All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.
