BUSINESS UNIT CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

for a $400M manufacturer of

Defense and Commercial electronics .

As a key member of the Executive team this position offers

high visibility

& challenges as you manage all accounting & finance requirements to

turnaround

5 sites

in the US & Worldwide .

Were looking for an experienced Finance leader within the

DEFENSE / AEROSPACE industry

that can develop long term growth strategies & implement change to turn business around

Manage and mentor a finance team, manage costs & risks, develop mitigation plans, ensure government compliance requirements.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

10 years experience within a

Defense / Aerospace Product manufacturing environment
Demonstrated success in a "turnaround" scenario
In-depth

FAR / DFAR, CAS & Government Accounting (GAAP)
Strategic leadership & long term financial planning = able to a influence and execute organizational change
US Citizenship
