    Do you have what it takes to recruit top talent for an international well-recognized finance firm? As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of new talent across departments by initiating, coordinating, and overseeing the selection of talent for the firm.

    About the Job:


    Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process – from screening applicants to extending offers and maintaining accurate candidate records.

    Develop and maintain relationships with internal contacts across varying departments to understand and help meet their needs as well as create and foster strong relationships with outside recruiting vendors and candidates.

    Utilize solid judgement in identifying candidates' qualifications through correspondence via phone, email and in-person interviews.

    Oversee the onboarding process for all new hires by creating detailed schedules for candidates; create and implement a welcoming experience.

    Upload new hire forms and manage files in talent acquisition software system.
    Assist the HR team with special projects related to recruiting and additional administrative tasks as needed.

    About You:
    Experienced. You have 2-4 years of recruiting experience, candidates with previous in-house experience are encouraged to apply
