    Family Resource Home Care is a leading provider of home care services. We are headquartered in Liberty Lake, WA and provide services throughout the states of Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. We have expanded our presence to the Marion County, AL area by opening a customer service center in Winfield.

    The Site Manager plays a pivotal leadership role within the organization, responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the Centralized Scheduling Team as well as being the overall manager of the Winfield AL office of FRHC. Their role typically involves a wide range of responsibilities, including the primary objectives below.

    Primary Objectives

    Culture:The Site Manager is a staunch advocate for Family Resource Home Care's culture, which seeks to balance a family like culture of support, engagement and respect with a high performance culture committed with operational excellence. The company's purpose is to improve more lives, and in pursuit of this goal, we aspire to be the preferred provider of home care services and an employer of choice.

    Leadership: The Site Manager provides leadership and guidance to staff in the Winfield office. They drive the day to day scheduling management for the branches supported, ensuring alignment with the overall region and branch objectives. The Site Manager will also have key holding and company credit card purchasing responsibility as well as being the overall senior manager onsite for Winfield AL operations.

    Operational Efficiency: They are responsible for optimizing the efficiency of business operations within the centralized scheduling department. This includes improving processes, managing costs, and enhancing productivity. This includes supporting day to day operations.

    Performance Monitoring: They monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of the supported branches, and provide guidance to scheduling staff on how to adapt to changing KPIs with a focus on continuous improvement. This involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and taking corrective actions when necessary, with the support of the Director of Workforce management.

    Customer and Caregiver Satisfaction: The Site Manager is responsible for championing a high level of customer and caregiver satisfaction within their supported branches.

    Business Partner: They act as a business partner between functional departments, their regional teams and community partners by facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment between different departments.

    Talent Management: They are responsible for hiring, training, and developing scheduling employees with the support of the Director of Workforce Management. They must ensure that their department has the right talent to meet its operational goals.

    Working Conditions

    The site Manager will spend a majority of their time in an office environment indoors. This will require time both spent at a computer station for office work and standing. An additional percentage of their time will be in a variety of environments in the performance of their objectives.

    The usual business hours for this role will be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, however this role will require some evening and weekends to meet job requirements.

    This position may require travel as appropriate to visit branch or HQ operations.

    This position will have administrative supervision.

    Physical requirements

    Role may require frequent standing, walking, sitting, keyboarding, and driving. Occasional twisting, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, kneeling, or squatting. Seldom work above shoulders, and operation of equipment.

    Position will require the employee to talk and hear.

    Lifting can range from frequent 10 lbs. or less to seldom lifting of greater than 50 lbs.
