    About Our ClientI am currently partnered with the Director of Finance at a Fortune 500 company that is actively seeking TWO Senior Financial Analysts to join their growing team With a strong commitment to sustainability and a focus on improving operational efficiency for its customers, this organization has established itself as a leading partner for businesses and institutions worldwide As a Senior Financial Analyst, this individual will be a pivotal contributor to the monthly budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting process, while partnering cross-functionally on cost saving, gross margin and pricing initiatives, and operational strategies by identifying variances, drivers, and trends to assess the financial performance of the divisionJob Description

    Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
    Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial projections.

    Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to provide insights into the company's financial performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.

    Prepare and present financial performance reports to management and stakeholders. These reports may include key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and other relevant analyses.
    Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Identify and explain variances, and work with department heads to address budget deviations.
    Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and other business initiatives.
    Analyze costs, expenses, and revenue trends to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
    Identify cost drivers, variances, and trends by analyzing cost data to support decision-making processes.
