- Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of issues
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements
- Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including court appearances, depositions, and negotiations
- Assist senior attorneys in case management and strategy development
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal issues
- Attend client meetings and participate in case conferences and strategy sessions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed to support the firm's operations
- Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to the firm's practice areas
- Uphold ethical standards and professional integrity in all aspects of legal practice
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a similar practice area or setting
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software applications
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service
- Experience in civil litigation, real estate, or estate planning is a plus but not required
