    Onyx Procurement Solutions -

    Onyx Procurement Solutions, located in Morton Grove, is your premier consultant in all areas of healthcare spending. Specializing in the world of Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living as well as various other areas of acute and long-term care facilities.

    We are looking for a highly motivated Sourcing Specialist to assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones.

    The Sourcing specialist's responsibilities include:

    • Review DME rentals with clients via email and in-person.
    • Maintain DME rental lists updated and determine which equipment should be purchased.
    • Coordinating purchase proposals for capital projects
    • Owning the end-to-end PO to invoice process for all sourcing projects.
    • Review item substitutions and discontinued items submitted by suppliers.
    • Manage daily que of requests from direct email and task management workflow.
    • Ensure timely completion of requests.
    • Maintain good relationships with suppliers.

    Requirements:

    • BS in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Economics – preferred Not Required
    • Proficient in Microsoft products – Excel and Outlook
