    JOB SUMMARY
    This Operations position manages night warehouse operations, overseeing order selection, loading, stocking, and equipment maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Manage daily work and safety of associates
    • Oversee labor hours and supplies within budget
    • Prepare work schedules and handle asset utilization
    • Review warehouse functions and suggest improvements
    • Monitor sanitation and warehouse conditions
    • Maintain communication with associates
    • Coordinate with Safety department
    • Perform management functions
    • Ensure regulatory compliance
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Education: High school diploma or GED. College degree in Business Management or similar preferred
    • Experience: 3-5 years or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Professional Skills: Ability to read, write reports, present information, solve problems, and engage with teams
    Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
    Obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.
    Physical Demands
    • Regularly talk; stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, and climb; occasionally stoop, kneel, or crawl
    • Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
