We have an immediate opening for a Physician interested in working with a care model that delivers exceptional results with the geriatric population within the post-acute and long-term care setting. You will have a team of Advanced Practice Practitioners, supportive clinical and administrative staff to assist you in the day-to-day direct patient care.
