    The Sales Manager will participate as a member of the Sales, Events & Marketing team. This position must utilize skills including team-based interaction, project management, community outreach, and administrative support. The Sales Manager is the onsite contact at parties and events, overseeing the planning and overall execution of events, parties, and meetings for Lodge Management Group. This is a demanding and diverse role that includes a mix of marketing, social, promotions, and onsite event support.     This position requires flexibility and availability to work nights and weekends.

    • Generating new leads and new business for all 8 venues
    • Voice ideas and strategies to help grow the brand
    • Expanding community outreach for events including surrounding companies, schools, neighborhoods, and local organizations
    • Initiating, coordinating, and participating in local clubs and events
    • Researching the market and industry to identify event opportunities
    • Demonstrating to clients strong knowledge of venues and vendor offerings and taking clients on tours of venue possibilities
    • Develop and build CAPS parties
    • Knowledge of fielding event leads, presenting event proposals, generating event orders, and processing payments
    • Coordinating event order information with venue staff
    • Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors
    • Keeping a detailed inventory of wristbands, drink tickets, party materials, and signage
    • Coordinate Team Sponsorships
    • Provide support and assistance in planning, developing, producing, and delivering marketing and communications materials
    • Develop and oversee the communications calendar to ensure timely execution of marketing communications
    • Provide support in social media and the monitoring process
    • Prepare written materials including some marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentation scripts
