~ Fulltime outpatient position with leadership/Division Chair interest.
~ Seeking a provider who plans to stay and practice within the community
~ Serves as the clinician who oversees and guides the outpatient care and the medical director(s) of quality for primary care, facilitates office flow and addresses day-to-day clinical aspects, and acts as the direct clinical supervisor for outpatient medical practitioners
~ The Primary Care Medical Director will spend 1/3 of the scheduled time, approximately 12 hours per week on Medical Director Responsibilities and 2/3 of time, 28 hours per week as a primary care clinician and will work collaboratively and cooperatively as a member of the health care team within the Health Centers and the Hospital
~20-24 patients per day
~ Enjoys EMR Optimization, implementation and development, best practice strategies as well as direct patient care
~ Community call (including local nursing home patients)
TBD, likely 1:4
~ EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
~ Reports to the Chief Medical Officer
~ Supported by an RN Team leader and designated MA
~ Specialist services available through Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital a couple times per week. Audiology, Cardiology, ENT/Allergy, General Surgery, Neurology, OB/GYN, Orthopaedics, Podiatry, Pulmonary Medicine, Radiology, Sleep Medicine,Tele-Medicine Rheumatology, Urology.

Compensation and Benefits:
~ Competitive compensation, including wRVU productivity. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
~ Medical Director Stipend
~ up to $19,000 relocation/rental assistance
~ Commencement bonus and Retention bonus for years 2 and 3

~5 weeks of vacation, 5 days sick time

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
~ Board Certified Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine (will consider Board Eligible but must have plans to become Board Certified shortly after employment)
~ NH license (or willing to obtain)
~5+ years in practice in outpatient primary care
~ BLS, ACLS
~ Leadership training and/or experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
