    We are looking for an energetic, problem solving, analytic Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst who will continue to drive excellence for our Sales Compensation initiatives.

    As part of the Sales Compensation team, this role will be responsible for monthly setups of sales participants, review of sales compensation plans, commission crediting and calculations and managing reports and ticketing queue.

    You will participate in the sales compensation plan design and will provide analysis and feedback for the segments that you support.

    You will collaborate and partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, People Ops, and Business Tech to provide insights and resolve issues.

    This role will ensure that ServiceTitan's sales compensation programs support the company's strategic objectives, meet legal requirements, and align with ServiceTitan's compensation philosophy.

    The Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst will be a key member of the Sales Compensation team.

    The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, and a team player that constantly strives to scale and improve on processes, has an eye for details with accuracy, and excellent communication skill.


    What You'll Do:
    Manage the end-to-end process of sales compensation administration.

    This includes monthly setups of new hires and transfers, review and audits of crediting and commissions, managing case queues and monthly and quarterly close processes.

    Knowledge of policies and application of those policies to help execute change requests and exceptions. Continuously provides inputs where needed and identifies gaps in process and policies.
    Maintain monthly metrics reporting, commission inquiries, and ad hoc analysis.
    Work with external and internal auditors on an ongoing basis for SOX commission process and testing.
    Support projects that assist sales enablement, SOX compliance and systems integration.
    Build trust and relationship with the cross-functional teams.
    Systems and tooling configuration for commission crediting and calculations.

    Partner with sales and ops leadership to handle plan disputes and escalations, and be able to handle and action in a timely fashion.

    Build training and communication materials and conduct sales compensation enablement sessions to ensure participants understand their compensation plan and system features.


    What you'll need:
    BA/BS in a related field.
    5+ years of experience in sales compensation and knowledge of incentive systems.
    Experience in sales compensation in a professional, fast-paced environment. SaaS industry experience preferred.
    Possess strong analytical skills to effectively analyze data and create meaningful, understandable models, reports, metrics, and charts.
    Strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills.
    Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills
    Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment. Able to quickly adapt to new technologies and process changes.
    Sales compensation system experience preferred in CaptivateIQ, Xactly or Anaplan.

    The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $95,000 USD - $137,000 USD.

    Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.

    In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
