Are you Manufacturing Engineer with experience designing and implementing manufacturing processes for new and revised products? Do you enjoy collaborating closely with product design teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless transition from design to production? If so, then this newly-created opportunity with Schluter System's Product Engineering Process (PEP) Team is for you

Who you are:

• 10 – 15 years' experience in Process/Manufacturing Engineering
• Excellent leadership, people, and project management skills
• Experience leveraging structured rapid problem-solving techniques including A3, D8, DMAIC, fishbone, etc., to efficiently navigate rapid root-cause understandings

What to expect with this great opportunity:

• Lead the development and implementation of new/altered manufacturing processes across both new and existing products
• Design and execute validation protocols for new processes or process changes to ensure they meet quality and regulatory requirements
• Establish and maintain robust quality control procedures to ensure that products meet or exceed customer requirements
• Evaluate, select and implement new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and automation solutions
