New opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join a growing Automotive company in Pleasant Prairie, WI If you are a Quality Engineer experienced in providing quality support and leadership towards new and existing products in a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply today.

Responsibilities

Promote safety and monitor compliance on the production floor.

Support product launches, train new employees, and ensure inspection adherence.

Lead 8D problem-solving for customer issues and handle RMAs.

Support plant inspections, audits, and implement preventive actions.

Develop and initiate standards; maintain a clean work environment.

Communicate effectively with customers and internally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering

5+ years of automotive industry experience

Strong knowledge of metal manufacturing (machining, casting, etc.)

Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving using 8D, Six Sigma, and Kepner-Tregoe

Skilled at implementing quality techniques/tools

ASQ Certification- preferred
