Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Interventional Radiology Tech
Shift: Days / 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40 hrs per week, M-F (rotating day off every week)
Length: 13 Weeks
Call Requirement: Every 5th weekend and one night per week
Requirements:

• Requires current Indiana State Department of Health license in Radiology Technologist
• 1 year of experience
• Requires knowledge of sterile technique and supplies used during special exams
• Requires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the condition of patient does not perm routine positioning
• ARRT
• BLS
• Experience as a Radiologic technologist, preferred
• May be required to scrub into procedures as needed
• May be required to obtain advance credential in interventional radiology, if applicable
• May also required ACLS certification, if applicable

Shift Requirement: 4x M-F (rotating day off every week).Call Requirement: Every 5th weekend and one night per week
Performs diagnostic and therapeutic radiographic procedures for radiological diagnosis, in a timely manner, while demonstrating the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary to work with patients from pediatric through geriatric. Follows physician's instructions, prepares and operates equipment and positions patients correctly in order to record the requested diagnostic images. Treats patients with care and request. May be required to scrub into procedures as needed.
Requirements:BLS required. May also required ACLS certification, if applicable.Required active states as a Registered Technologist - Radiography RT(R) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)May be required to obtain advance credential in interventional radiology, if applicable.Requires current Indiana State Department of Health license in Radiology TechnologistRequires knowledge of sterile technique and supplies used during special examsRequires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the condition of patient does not perm routine positioningExperience as a Radiologic technologist, preferred
