- Conduct initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to clients
- Track and assess clients' progress through continuous evaluations
- Maintain accurate and current client records following regulations
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible as a mental health clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Experience in delivering therapy to individuals with various backgrounds and diagnoses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to perform effectively in a dynamic environment
- Commitment to cultural humility and sensitivity while working with diverse populations
