About The Role

Technicians are responsible for providing a high quality experience for all clients using Ernest and they do so by ensuring that all installations, repairs and maintenance are completed with high quality care in Residential & Commercial Services. Technicians also ensure that they provide an incredible customer experience by communicating any project updates or key findings to clients with utmost professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with National Electric Code.
• Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation.
• Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards.
• Provide estimates to clients based on your findings.
• Communicate any issues to clients, and discuss payment options and scheduling.
• Record all payments and costs for company databases.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of electrical experience.
• Must have Journeyman license.
• Knowledge of current NEC as it relates to residential electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish verbal and written communication skills are an asset.
• Professionals within the electrical service industry.
• Self driven history and desire for advancement.
• Desire to go beyond expectations.
