    Position Summary:

    Everon is looking for the next-generation of marketing leaders to bring their passion, ideas and education to life by joining Everon's Marketing Internship Program.Work directly with marketing leaders to gain hands-on experience supporting the organization's overall marketing strategy.For the Culture & Recognition Intern, areas of focus include communications, internal marketing, events support, and program strategy planning

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Culture & Recognition Internship
      • Developing and executing cultural and diversity focused events, programs, and materials
      • Employee recognition development and logistics
      • Internal communications to drive cultural initiatives
      • Developing & distributing internal communications
      • Editing & writing support
      • Measure & report on cultural initiatives and program
    Education:
    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Creative Arts, English or related field
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Candidate must have willingness to learn about different aspects of the organization and within the marketing team's scope
    • Excellent creative, communication and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to effectively work together with marketers, product managers, and sales teams alike
    • Candidate must have an entrepreneurial and self-starting mentality
    • Candidate must be organized, driven, and a fast learner
