Job DescriptionImpact Physician Group is looking for a dynamic Nurse Practitioner to work alongside our physicians in a transitional hospital level of care. The candidate must possess a comfort level with a high level of independence and be equipped with an excellent bedside manner. This autonomous position provides a leadership pillar to the care team and healthcare facility. This position works a 7 day on and 7 off schedule.
Impact Physician Group is a physician services organization specializing in post-acute care medicine. With a multi-state presence, our experienced providers understand what it takes and the commitment needed to lead a medical management team. We focus on a patient centric environment committed to the wellness and healing of each patient and their care plan.
