Overview:
We advocate for vulnerable individuals who cannot advocate for themselves and are one of the larger behavioral health management companies in the U.S.
Currently, we are hiring masters-level therapists with a Kansas license or license-eligibility for a social worker or counselor role at a rural hospital in Satanta, KS.
The Intensive Outpatient program has achieved high treatment outcomes among rural Kansans.
New therapists are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitating group therapy and maintaining charts
Performing psychosocial assessments
Assisting with treatment and discharge planning
Completing utilization reviews
This small, cohesive program offers a supportive environment and opportunities to impact senior behavioral healthcare.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Master's level social work or counseling license (or license-eligible) in Kansas
Experience working with geriatric populations
Experience in individual and group therapy
