    Savin Engineers is seeking Construction Project Administrator for School Construction projects K-12.

    Duties include but not limited to:

    • Assist Sr. Construction Manager with all aspects of ensuring smooth coordination of school construction project.
    • Coordinate, track and process payment applications, submittals, change orders, financials.
    • Attend weekly project meetings and compile meeting minutes.
    • Assist with site inspections by preparing daily field report of the status of the work, daily activities, manpower, equipment, take photos and other observations.
    • Maintain construction punch lists.
    • Experience with municipal projects, submittal exchange or Project Site a plus but will train.
