Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver excellent, attentive, and personalized service to our guests, making sure their dining experience surpasses expectations.
• Menu Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of our menu offerings, both food and wine, and offer suggestions to elevate the dining experience.
• Upsell and Promote: Showcase our wine selection and special features to increase revenue while enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Team Player: Work seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow servers to guarantee smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your work area and dining sections clean, well-organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle Payments: Process guest orders and payments accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for Italian cuisine and wines is a bonus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be 18 years or older.
